It was first established and registered with ACRA (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority) of Singapore in 2006 as a Limited Liability Partnership company and its legal entity is now changed into a Private Limited company in August 2022. IPTELIN has a Service-Based Operator (SBO) Class license for Internet-Based Voice and Data Services from the IMDA (Infocomm and Media Development Authority) of Singapore.
